对人意识的能动性的认识,我们只是指出它在认识和改造世界中的工具理性与思维能力,忽视了人的意识中所具有的一个非常重要的领域,即人的生命意义领域。正是人的意识中的这一领域的存在,人才显示出其非凡的生命力。人的生命力不是仅体现在他有怎样的理性工具装备,更在于他是有生命根基的存在。如此,他的自然存在才真正超越了动物。人的这种存在理解,才不至导致一个虚无主义的身体,不至于在人和自然、社会、他人、自己等对象之间仅仅作剑拔弩张的工具与目的性的思维与活动关系的理解。人的意义的领会以及由此具有的非占有的自我实现的感觉与意识才是人具有非凡生命力的秘密,才是意识能动性的最高体现。

The initiative dimension of conciousness includes two aspects, that is instrumental rationality which cognizes and changes the world and realm of significance of being which is very important but often ignored. Because of the significant dimension, human beings exist with extraordinary vitality and differentiate themselves from animals. Furthermore, the exsitence of significance dimension eliminates the conflicts between human beings and objects and also avoids the nihilism of body. Thus the secret of hominine vitality lies in the comprehension of significane of being with the attitude of disinterest, which is highest embodiment of initiative dimension of conciousness.
