回收行为——建立规范循环经济体系的动力基础 被引量:1

摘要 循环经济是社会经济可持续发展的重要组成部分。当前,我国循环经济发展面临的最突出问题是,符合可持续发展要求的规范循环经济体系不能回收到足够的再生资源,以至无法正常运行,而自发形成的非规范循环经济体系却可以大行其道。在对当前循环经济发展及理论研究现状与问题进行深入分析的基础上指出,居民回收行为给解决循环经济发展中面临的这一关键问题提供了新的思路。通过回顾回收行为在循环经济研究中的应用情况,认为综合运用博弈论、社会心理学、统计分析、决策论等理论,从个体和群体两个层次分别建立回收行为动态优化模拟模型和再生资源规范回收数量、回收质量级数的联立方程模型,建立规范循环经济体系规划的数据基础及政策效应的微观基础,可以有效发挥回收行为在循环经济中的推动作用。最后,给出了居民再生资源回收行为模型的研究与构建方法。 Circular economy is an important part of socio - economic sustainable development The most prominent problem faced in the development of circular economy in our country is standard circular economy system planned and established by the government could not recovery enough renewable resources,which leads to unnormal operation at present Therefore,the first and most crucial step for the development of circular economy is to make renewable resources enter into standard circular economy system.Base on the deep analysis of present circular economy development and its theoretical research status,this paper points out that the residents'recycling behavior provides a new way for solving the problem of circular economy development After reviewing the application of recycling behavior in the study of renewable resources and circular economy,dynamic optimization simulation model of recycling behavior and the standard recovery quantity &quality series simultaneous equation models are established separately from individual and group level by comprehensive use of game theory,social psychology,statistical analysis,and decision theory, which can make recycling behavior play an important role in circular economy of renewable resources so as to promote circular economy development fundamentally.Finally,the research and construction methods of residents'recycling behavior model are presented.
