全要素生产率和产业结构优化的关系——基于1978—2008年安徽省和长三角地区面板数据的实证分析

Relationship between TFP and Industry Structure Optimization Based on Pooled Time Series and Cross Section Data from Anhui and Yangtze River Delta

通过实证分析,测算了安徽省和长三角地区的全要素生产率,并量化分析产业结构变化与技术进步的关系,得出如下结论:安徽省不但整体技术水平落后,而且技术进步速率也较慢;一产比重的降低和二产比重的提升,带动了全要素生产率的提高,但是由于产业结构升级的内涵不同,安徽省带动效应并不显著。最后,本文针对上述结论和安徽省经济现状,对安徽省调整产业结构、提升行业技术水平,提出具体建议。

based on their pooled time series and cross section data,the article computed total factor productivity in Anhui and Yangtze River Delta(Jiangsu,Shanghai and Zhejiang).quantitatively analyze the impact of industry structure adjustment exerted upon technical progress and came to a conclusion that not only did the total technical level fall behind in Anhui,but also it advanced more slowly compared with Yangtze River Delta and although primary industry proportion reduction and simultaneously secondary industry proportion increase drove total factor productivity to advance,industry structure upgrade focusing on low - end industries devoted less to heightening total factor productivity in Anhui.Finally, the article put forward specific propositions on Anhui's adjusting industry structure and enhancing its technical level.
