摘要政府、企业和科研事业单位是构成农业科技成果转化模式的三大主体,本文从分析三种主体的特点入手,研究了三者的互动关系。指出农业科技成果转化模式是一个多主体的转化模式;该模式不是固定一成不变的,要随着时点、时间的变化而变化;要鼓励科研院所、企业的机制体制创新。 They are main - bodys to transformation models of agricultural science and technology achievements(TMASTA), of that government,enterprise and research institute。The article start with the characteristics and studied the relation between them.The article Pointed out it is a multiagent to TMASTA,and that the model would change following the time and space;We must encourage to innovate the system and mechanism for enterprise and research institute.
