摘要环境问题和能源危机的日益严重已经危及整个人类的生存和发展,未来社会经济的发展模式必须建立在低碳经济的基础上。信息通信技术(ICT)产业在自身发展的同时带来远远超过自身排放的减排贡献,可以说ICT是低碳经济的使能者。通过合理的引导,ICT将成为低碳经济来临的契机。本文在综述现有研究成果的基础上提出ICT碳减排的量化方法,经过数据调研做了ICT技术在路灯监控领域应用所带来碳减排量的初步估算。 Environmental issues and the growing energy crisis have endangered the survival and development of mankind, the future socio - economic development model must be built on the basis of a low carbon economy.Information and Communication Technology(ICT) industry can bring emissions reductions far more than its own contribution.We can say that ICT enable the low - carbon economy.Through rational guidance,ICT will be an opportunity for the advent of low - carbon economy.This paper reviewed the existing results and proposed a quantitative method.Based on data research, we preliminary estimated the emissions reduction caused by remote lamp monitor.
