摘要
本文以知识员工为研究对象,通过SPSS(13.0)对回收数据进行了描述性统计、因子分析和方差分析,并将数据处理结果与现有理论相结合,探讨了知识员工的压力源、压力后果和应对策略与创新兴趣、创新胆识和能力信念之间的关系。研究发现,具有不同压力状况的知识员工在创新兴趣、创新胆识和创新能力信念上都具有不同表现,并进一步探讨了其具体差异。
Based on a survey of 5560 knowledge employees in China,the present paper investigated the relationship between stress and creativity.Descriptive statistic method,factor analyzing method and ANOVA were used to analyze the data through SPSS(13.0).The results showed that the knowledge employees under different stress conditions will have different levels of creative interest,risk - taking and ability belief.
