Research on Anhui Province's Financial Backing for Science and Technology Innovation

安徽省推动以创新带动经济发展方式转变,而资金是科技创新的动力。论文基于安徽省科技资金筹集来源数据,研究科技创新的金融支持情况,对企业资金、金融机构贷款、政府资金与GDP的关系进行实证研究,结果表明:政府资金对GDP没有显著影响;企业资金对GDP影响显著;金融机构贷款与GDP互相影响。据此提出金融支持科技创新的建议。

Anhui Province transform economic development mode relying on innovation,and the finance is the power of technological innovation.The paper researched financial backing for technology innovation on the basis of Anhui Province's Science and Technology funding.The empirical study of the relationship between self - raised funds by enterprises, loans from financial institutions,government funds and GDP showed that:the government funds had no significant effect on GDP;self-raised funds by enterprises had significant effect on GDP;loans from financial institutions and GDP has causal relation with each other.Accordingly,the paper made the proposal of the financial support for scientific and technological innovation.
