企业成长性评价的研究特征述评——基于元研究的量化分析

Research Features of Enterprise Growth Evaluation - Quantitative Analysis Based on Meta Research

本文采用元研究的方法,对企业成长性评价的研究现状进行文献梳理。根据2000-2010年发表的132份实证研究文献的统计分析,我们识别了样本特征、研究主题、理论基础、研究方法4个维度的研究特征。结果表明,目前针对企业成长性评价的研究,研究主题较为收敛,而在理论基础、研究方法和视角上缺乏规范的分析框架,该领域的研究应该更多地关注企业成长的过程研究。

Taking advantage of meta - study,this paper aims to analyze the designs,methodologies and results of previous empirical research on evaluation of enterprise growth.Based on 132 selected empirical studies published from 2000 - 2010,data were analyzed from four dimensions,including sample characteristics,research topic,theoretical basis and researching method.The results conclude that the research topic is convergence,but the theoretical basis,research methods and perspectives are lacking of standardized analytical framework.It also indicates researches in this area should be more focus on the process of enterprise growth.
