Empirical Study of the Relationship among Supply Chain Performance,Competitive Advantage and Firm Performance

在供应链竞争时代,供应链绩效研究的重要性越来越突出。本文在制造企业问卷调查的基础上,开发了供应链绩效的量表,将供应链绩效分为供应商绩效、顾客响应速度、供应链柔性和供应链成本等4个维度。并进一步分析供应链绩效对企业竞争优势和绩效的影响,在研究结论基础上提出相应建议。

In the era of competition between supply chains,the importance of supply chain performance has been paid more attention.This paper,based on a questionnaire survey of manufacturing,develops the scale of supply chain performance comprising supply chain performance,customer responsiveness,supply chain flexibility and supply chain costs. Then,the relationship among supply chain performance,competitive advantage and firm performance is analyzed,and accordingly, related suggestions are presented.
