摘要
本研究的目的在于开发出一个模型来描述工作环境中的压力及其所导致的攻击性或破坏性行为与情商之间的关系:情商可以作为工作环境中行为选择的调节器,情商的五个要素自知之明、自我调节、自我激励、同情心、社交技能程度的高低会影响由某一触发事件引起的行为选择。研究对模型在员工压力管理中的具体应用提供了建议。
This paper intends to present a model which describes the relationship between pressure,aggressive/maladaptive behavior that pressure brings about in the workplace and emotional intelligence.Emotional intelligence can be the moderators of behavioral choices in the workplace.The degree of the five components of emotional intelligence,which include self-awareness,self-regulation,motivation,empathy,and social skills,affects the behavioral choices resulting from triggering events in the workplace.The paper presents recommendations for applying the model in pressure management.
