金融危机下能源企业资本运营策略研究——基于某集团的案例分析

Study on the Capital Operation Strategy in the Energr Enterprise under the Fianncial Crisis Situation——Based on the Case of ×× Group

本文运用规范研究的方法,对××集团资本运营的现状进行介绍,分析了集团在资本运营中存在的主要问题,结合当前国际金融危机的客观环境,根据我国产业政策,提出了该集团资本运营的应对策略,以期对我国能源企业的发展有所借鉴。

In this paper,Construction and Materials Group of the status of capital(mainly cause,the overall pattern of planning and red-chip listing and M & A) analysis and found that the current capital of the major problems still exist in light of the current financial crisis faced by the objective environment,Materials Group has the coping strategies of capital.
