摘要
本文通过数学分析证明,薪酬水平,薪酬多样化程度与员工忠诚度间存在正相关性,薪酬多样化程度的提高,能有效地提高员工效用收益和员工对企业的忠诚;同时揭示薪酬形式多样化程度的提高,决不能盲目地、无条件地来进行,而必须把握好其变化的速度和深度问题,即只有当薪酬形式多样化程度适度高于员工需求变化率增加的速度时,企业才能最有效地提升员工忠诚,并使企业得以健康地持续发展。这一研究成果,可为企业薪酬形式的设计提供一定的具有可操作性的理论参考。
Through mathematics method analysis proof,the salary diversification degree enhancement,can enhance the staff effectiveness income and the staff effectively to organization's loyalty;Simultaneously promulgates the salary form diversification degree the enhancement,can carry on blindly,unconditionally in no way,but must grasp its change the speed and the depth question,namely only then when when the salary form diversification degree moderately is higher than the speed which the staff demand rate of change increases,the organization can promote the staff to be loyal effectively,and enables the organization healthily continually to develop.This research results,may certainly provide for the organization salary form design have the feasibility theory reference.
