摘要
面对国际金融危机,增加消费需求扩大内需是当前中国宏观经济运行的迫切要求。增加消费需求的关键是开拓农村市场。信息时代,信息是重要的资源,开拓农村信息消费市场,提高农民信息购买力,将成为国民经济的一个新的增长点。本研究利用扩展线性支出系统(ELES)模型分析农民信息购买能力,提出提高农民信息购买力的对策。
Faced international financial crisis,It is an urgent requirement for macro-economy to expand domestic demand in China.The key of increasing consumer demand,a main way of expanding domestic demand,is to develop the rural market.At information age,information is an important resources.It will become a new growth point of economy to develop rural consumer market and to improve the purchasing power of farmers.In this study,the model of extend linear expenditure system was used to analyse farmers' ability to purchase information and the measures of which were put forward.
