This paper presents construction-agent system application at the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project, and brings forward some recommendations to carry out this system next at the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project from construction-agent project selection, construction-agent corporation choice, encouragement and punishment mechanism, construction-agent corporation right maintenance, supervision construction-agent project and so on, and makes useful exploration in application of construction-agent system in hydraulic and hydroelectricity engineering scopes.
