摘要
施工合同是建设工程的主要合同。如何有效地防范和控制施工合同风险,不仅仅是承包商所面临的问题,同样也是业主需要解决的问题。本文从业主利益的角度出发论述了工程施工合同风险管理的意义,并从多方面来分析工程施工合同风险,最后探讨防范合同风险措施,以期保护业主单位的利益,从而更好地促进我国建筑市场健康稳定的发展。
Construction contract is the central contract of construction project. That how to effectively prevent and control construction contract risks is the problem not only faced by contractors, but also need solving by the owners. This paper discusses the significances of the construction contract risk management from the perspective of the owners' interest, and analyzes the risk of construction contracts from many ways. It discusses the measures guarding against the contract risk in order to protect the benefits of the owners and promote the healthy and steady development of China's construction market.
