摘要
本文讨论了挣值管理三个参数、四个指标及应用步骤,并把挣值管理方法应用于实际的机场建设项目,结合施工进度计划、投资计划,试算了项目进度偏差和费用偏差,分析了存在的问题。
The paper discussed the three paremeters, four indexes and application steps of earn value management. Combining with construction schedule plan and investment plan, it tried to calculate the progress deviation and cost deviation of project, and analyzed problems existed in the case.
