Selecting Construction Program Based on the Method of Comprehensively Fuzzy Evaluation

施工方案评价的特点是既要考虑定量指标也要考虑难以量化的定性指标,即为多指标半结构性评价问题。本文将层次分析法、群组决策方法、非结构性决策理论和模糊综合评价法等理论应用于施工方案的评价中,将定性指标和定量指标相结合,很好地解决了这一问题。最后通过一算例验证了该方法的可行性和实用性。

Evaluation of construction program is characterized by both quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators which is difficult to be quantified, which is a multifold and semi-structural evaluation. Many theories, such as AHP, group decision-making, non-structural decision-making and comprehensively fuzzy evaluation, are applied to this evaluation, and find a solution to the problem by linking quantitative and qualitative indicators. Finally, one example is used to verify the feasibility and practicality of the method.
