Discussion about How to Carry out Universities Capital Construction Maintenance Engineering Scientifically

针对目前高校基本建设维修工程存在的问题,结合本人多年积累的工作经验,分析这些问题产生的原因,提出解决问题的办法,做到合理控制建设成本,合理控制工程造价,使高校基建维修工程项目的资金管理科学化、规范化。

This paper analyzes the management problems within the infrastructure construction and maintenance in universities, studies the reasons of these problems, and proposes the solutions with the author's working experience. This paper improves the management of the infrastructure construction and maintenance in universities so that the universities could control the construction cost and manage the construction and maintenance fund with scientific and formal method.
