This paper establishes a core competency recognition model of real estate enterprise from four perspectives on the basis of the review and analysis of relevant theoretical literature,and uses the model to observe Vanke Group's practice,analyzes the formation of its core competencies, finds Vanke Group has been forming core competencies in four areas to a certain extent.
