由于我国建筑业过剩的生产能力,导致建筑市场过度竞争和畸形竞争,加大了企业经营风险,要使企业健康发展,就必须强化风险意识,建立风险预警机制,项目全过程风险监控,加强索赔管理。
Under the surplus production ability of construction industry in China, construction market exists excessive and malformation competition increasing the risk of construction enterprises. For enterprises healthy development, it should strengthen risk awareness, build risk warning system, monitor project risks in whole process and enhance claim management.
