Thoughts about the Improvement of Construction Enterprise Profit

针对施工企业利润逐年走低的现状,提出了一些对策建议,包括调控建筑施工产业产能规模,优化结构;禁止低于成本的最低价中标;延伸产业链,发展横向规模;加强政策扶持;系统解决拖欠工程款问题;加强企业管理,发掘内部潜力等。

Aiming at the situation of profits of construction enterprises decrease year by year, this paper proposes some countermeasures including controlling the scale of production capacity, optimizing the structure; prohibiting winning a bid at the lowest price which is lower than cost; extending the industrial chain, developing horizontal scale; strengthening the policy support; solving the problems of defaulting project funds; strengthening the enterprise management, excavating the inner potential.
