摘要
介绍数据包络分析(DEA)规划模型的基本原理和特点,运用该模型对建筑企业整体效率进行评价分析,并进一步分析评价结果非DEA有效的原因,明确其改进方向。DEA模型的分析结果能为建筑企业管理者提供科学的决策信息,从而有利于提高建筑企业的整体效率。
This paper introduces principles and features of DEA and evaluates overall efficiency of construction enterprise by using the model of DEA. It analyzes the reason of non-DEA efficiency. It determines direction to improvement. The result of DEA analysis can supply scientific information for managers, which is conducive to improve the overall efficiency of construction enterprise.
