从房地产对宏观经济的影响看我国房地产公共政策

Discussion on Our Country's Real Estate Public Policies from the Impact of Real Estate Industry on Macro Economy

自2007年以来,我国政府出台了多项政策措施以稳固国内经济形势,弱化金融危机的不利影响。作为我国经济的重要组成部分,房地产成为重点调控对象。本文论述了房地产对中国宏观经济的影响,并逐条分析了2007年以来出台的重要房地产公共政策。在此基础上指出目前我国房地产公共政策制定和执行过程中出现的问题,并提出改进建议。

Since 2007, Chinese government have promulgated a package of policies and measures to steady domestic economic situation, and reduce the adverse impacts of the financial crisis. As an important part of our country's economy, the real estate industry become the focus of regulation and control targets. The article discusses the impacts of the real estate industry on the Chinese macro economy, and analyzes the major public policies of real estate industry one by one which promulgated from 2007 till now. Based on them, tries to point out the problems of the eatablishment and implement of our country's real estate public policies, and make recommendations for improvement.
