Research on the Unbalanced Bid Model Based on the Bill of Quantity

介绍了不平衡报价的概念,划分了不平衡报价法的类型,并在此基础上,从投标方的角度出发,利用资金时间价值理论,建立了以工程实际付款终值最大化为目标函数的非线性规划模型,配以具体的工程实例通过计算机软件(lingo8.0)求得不平衡报价的最优解,并对不平衡报价模型的实际应用进行了探讨。

This paper introduces the concept and classification of unbalanced bids. From the view of contractors, it utilizes the capital time-value theory, builds a non-linear programming model taking the maximization of future value of actual payment for the goal. Finally, taking a engineering project as an example, it calculates the optimal solution of unbalanced bids by computer software(lingo 8.0)and discusses the application.
