摘要 考虑造价、工期等指标的结构选型决策过程虽已取得了一定进展,但因为决策分析方法理论成分高、量化指标不明确,所以应用于工程的报道并不多见。本文结合工程实例分析模糊综合评判方法辅助决策的量化计算过程。结果表明,当权重集随经济形势的变化而改变时,会得出不同的决策结论。本文的计算方法和结论可为设计人员及房地产管理人员在结构选型决策中借鉴和参考。 There is certain development in decision analysis of choosing structural system, in which construction cost and period are synthetically considered. Caused by the complicated theory conception and low operability, it is rarely applied to the real project. In this paper, fuzzy synthetic evaluation is applied to real project to assist the decision analysis. The calculation results show that the choice of structural style will be different if the weight set is changed according to economical condition. Calculation methods and results deduced in this paper could offer designers' and real estate manager's the pratical experience and decision-making methodology in choosing structure system.
