摘要
本文在吸收国内外研究成果的基础上,对英国、美国、日本的建设工程招投标及计价模式进行了详细而全面的归纳总结,阐明了工程量清单招标的特点和优越性。
On the foundation of absorbing the domestic and foreign research achievements, the project bidding and the mode of quantity in the UK, America and Japan are concluded and summarized roundly in this paper. The characteristics and advantages of BOQ are incarnated through studying by the numbers the measure of bill pattern and the sign bottom, clarifying the numeration of the comprehensive unit price and quoted price method in the BOQ.
