摘要
本文针对目前房产公司预算控制不严格现状,提出了项目工程量清单编制管理的模式,对需要在短时间内完成高质量的预算和清单编制提供了强有力的保障措施,更好地减少工程量清单计价对业主带来的风险。
Aiming at real estate enterprises not cotrolling strictly the budget price at present, the paper put forward bill of quantity management mode for project, made some strong guarantee measures for carrying out excellent budget and bill of quantity establishment in short time, and reducing risks of owners from BOQ.
