综合管廊与传统管线辅设的经济比较——以中关村西区综合管廊为例

Cost Comparison of Pipeline Utility-tunnel with Traditional Tube-based Pipeline——Taking the Pipeline Utility-tunnel of West Zone of Zhongguancun for the Example

以中关村地下综合管廊为例,与传统的平敷式市政管线进行造价比较,并对综合管廊进行进一步的经济效益分析,从而得出结论:综合管廊是经济社会极大发展的必然产物,是地下空间发展的方向。中关村西区综合管廊的设计研究为市政建设提供了新的理念,开创了城市基础设施的的新局面,为解决地下空间开发多种功能共存提供了思路。

As the pipeline utility-tunnel of west zone of Zhongguancun for the example, compared the cost with the traditional tube-based pipeline,and made the benefit analysis of the pipeline utility-tunne further more, as a result, came to the conclusion that: the pipeline utility-tunnel was the table outcome of the economic development, which was the direction of the underground space development. The design and reasearch of the pipeline utility-tunnel of the west zone Zhongguancun provide a new concept for the municipal construction. A new situation was created of the urban infrastructure, and provided more ideas for the coexistence of multiple functions of the underground space development.
