摘要
通过对WBS应用的研究,发现传统WBS对建设项目软件内容规划不足,为建设项目实施埋下了许多隐患,为此提出了增强型WBS的概念,增强对WBS软件部分的规划和开发,设计了增强型WBS模型和界面管理方法。
According to the application study of the WBS,it found that the traditional construction project WBS would be lack of software contents,bringing a lot of hidden troubles.This paper proposes the concept of enhanced WBS,which could enhance the software part of the planning for project,and improve the success of project possibly.
