According to the characteristics of the sofeware industry park,the paper studies the scientific theories and methods of the modern project management application from three aspects,which are project management model,management structure establishment and project investment control master plan.The research of this paper will help to achieve effective control management of agent construction system project.Then the project management company can innovate service model and strengthen professional services of agent construction system to reduce investment risk.
