摘要
协调管理可以保证项目参与各方在时间、空间、技术等界面保持良好的协调关系。实践中,项目管理者大多注重项目施工过程中的协调,但这种协调是在工程界面管理出现矛盾后进行的,造成的工程损失已无法挽回。因此,在工程项目计划阶段必须对项目协调管理进行研究和设计,本文从计划阶段的目标分解、WBS、界面分析等管理技术出发,研究工程项目界面协调的事前控制。
Negotiation management of project is a way of all project participants keep good negotiable relations on time,space and technology interfaces.The negotiation is usually paid attention to on performance phase,but it is always executed after conflicts happened and the lost is inevitable,so negotiation management of project must be designed on planning phase.The methods such as objectives breakdown,WBS,interface management should be applied to planning so as to make the negotiation of project become reality before the conflicts happen.
