摘要
结合参与国际工程管理的工作经历,论述了对索赔的理解,分析索赔产生的主要原因、索赔工作中存在的误区、索赔过程中应遵循的基本原则和应采取的策略,以及应做的基础工作,意在促进我国包括业主、承包商在内的工程项目参建主体正确认识并运用索赔手段进行项目管理、尽快参与和融入到国际工程的有序竞争中。
Combined with international project management experience,the paper discussed the concept of claim,analyzes its main causes,mistakes,basic principles,countermeasures and basic work to do,in order to help project participants,including owner and contractor,recognize and use claim works for project management and to play a part in international engineering competition as soon as possible.
