The authors will attempt to applicate the model of jointly deciding contract target to the delegation management in road operate period and have obtained the success in reality,which caused the contract targert to be more scientific,reasonable and can arouse agent's work enthusiasm fully.Finally,in combination with what may occur in practice,the authors have carried on the objective evaluation to the merit and the existence question of the model of jointly deciding contract target,and proposed the countermeasures of insufficiency in the application.
