The phrase 'world of mirrored flowers' in Japanese refers to the unique literary state exhibited in the works of Izumi Kyoka,the Japanese novelist of the early Meiji era.Such a world comprises mystery,fantasy,flamboyance,refinement,superrealism,etc.Kyoka's representative work The Holy Man of Mount Koya,published in 1900,exerts the perfection of his artistic thoughts,and the demonstration of inimitable aesthetic consciousness,peculiar subject,as well as the rich literal storage has made him the first aesthetic author in Japan.
