Strategic Pathway for Leveraging Innovative Capabilities of SMEs via TIM

中小企业在我国国民经济发展中扮演中不可或缺的角色。在当今转型经济背景下,如何提升中小企业创新能力是关系到经济转型升级是否顺利实现的重要内容。本文从战略管理的视角,基于课题组实地调研数据所归纳的中小企业创新能力多维矩阵模型,分别从创新型人才培养与使用机制/体制设计、中小企业创新网络构建以及企业家精神培养体系建设等三个层面探讨如何基于全面创新管理框架实现中小企业创新能力提升的战略途径。

The SMEs play key roles in the National Economy System.Under the condition of economy transformation,the SMEs' innovation capabilities enhancement is of the importance to successful economy transformation.From the strategy management perspective,the elements and enablers of SMEs' innovation capabilities have been analyzed in this paper.Then the strategic path to enhance SMEs' innovation capabilities via TIM has been explored.
