中小企业各阶段创新能力分布与分析

Analysis of Innovation Capability in SMEs based on Questionnaire Survey

本文基于全面创新管理的框架,以中小企业创新能力调查问卷为基础,对回收的问卷数据进行了统计分析。并按照企业的规模、创新绩效、所处的发展阶段对样本数据进行了比较,分析了影响企业规模和绩效的能力差别,以及各发展阶段企业的能力特点。

Based on framework of Total Innovation Management,this study did a questionnaire survey on innovation capability of SMEs and the questionnaires were analyzed statistically.Firstly,an overall analysis of the questionnaire was carried out to survey various capabilities.SMEs pay great attention to market,ignoring their own technology capability-building.Then,the questionnaires were divided into two groups and compared according to the scale of enterprise and innovation performance,big difference in strategy capability and technology capability were found betwwen groups.At the end,the questionnaires were classed and compared according to stage of development.From start-up phase to development phase,all capability has been strengthened rapidly,but from development phase to maturity phase,all capability has been strengthened slowly.The development phase is the key period to leverage the core competence.This research only had descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaires,more analysis need to carry out in the future.
