外贸合同的篇章特点

外贸合同是俄语专业高年级课程“外贸俄语”的主要教授内容之一。了解、掌握外贸合同的篇章特点 ,有助于该课程的教与学。因此 ,本文分析研究了外贸合同在结构和逻辑——语义两方面的篇章特点。结果表明 :合同结构为“三大块横式条文结构”,其逻辑联系主要运用非语言的联系手段 (即 :印刷手段、数字、字母等 ) ,其典型的语义联系方式为“主题联系”

Being a necessary component of the course Business Russian for junior and senior Russian majors, business contract enables students to know and master its characteristics as is reflected in structure, thus improving the effectiveness of the course. The thesis researches on the characteristics of business contract concerning structure, logic and semantics. As is revealed, the structure of contract can be interpreted with the phrase “three-part horizontal clause structure.” The logical connection of its language is characterized by distinct formula, with nonverbal means of connection holding the dominant position, and theme- related semantic connection being its typical feature.
