普通高校大学英语教学中的问题及对策

我们生存的身份社会中 ,众人都奋力齐奔那金字塔上层少数的职位 ,因此众人都习惯了精英式的教育思维模式 ,从而造成相当一部分非精英的学生大面积的失望 ,尤其是近几年全国各所大学进行扩招以来 ,使普通大学非精英学生大量增加。我们的教师也是在这一模式下成长起来的 ,其教育理念 ,教育方法都在自觉或不自觉中不同程度地“克隆”了应试教育的观念和模式。我们必须及时转变教育理念 ,采取若干策略 ,调整教学内容和教学方式 ,才能改变这部分非精英学生的大面积的失望状态 ,帮助他们为自己的未来合理地定位 ,使大学教育变得生机勃勃、前景广阔。

In China the teaching method which is chiefly for passing exams is so deep-rooted that everyone wants to reach that ivory tower that only very few people can reach actually. People are so used to the perfection of teaching modal that imperfect students widely lose their confidence . This kind of phenomenon can be seen especially when students are widely enrolled in every university . As a result more and more imperfect students are flooded in universities. As teachers, we are grown up with this phenomenon unconsciously. And the teaching methods clone the traditional education's concepts and mode. we should shift our education methods, come up with some strategies, change our teaching materials and the teaching methods in order to change those imperfect students' disappointment in their studies.
