过程教学法在大班英语写作教学中的应用

写作教学是大学英语教学中一项重要内容 ,但尽管师生双方在写作方面投入了大量的时间和精力 ,其收效甚微。本文从英语写作教学的重要性入手 ,描述了传统写作教学方法及写作教学中存在的问题 。

The teaching of writing has always been an important part in English teaching and learning. The purpose of this paper is to research the use of process writing in the teaching of large classes. It first illustrates the importance of English writing to college students, then gives a description of the situation and problems of the traditional teaching approach, which gives great emphasis to the product rather than the process of writing. After that, it presents the basic principles of process writing and the procedures in which the present author applies the approach in her classes, thus concludes that process writing is an effective approach in teaching large classes.
