摘要
介绍影响外语教学质量的五大因素 :人的因素、教学设备的因素、教材的因素、方法的因素、环境的因素 ,作者通过对这些因素的探讨 ,提出运用“PDCA”循环教学工作模式 。
The paper focuses the discussion on five factors influencing the quality of foreign language learning and teaching: man, machine, material, method and environment (4M1E).The author introduces a new approach to improving learning and teaching through PDCA circulation method.
