互联网上的蛋白质二维凝胶电泳(2DE)数据库资源

Protein 2DE Database Resources on Internet

为了有效地实现信息资源的交换和共享 ,很多国际知名的实验室和研究机构均建立了各种蛋白质相关数据库。相对蛋白质序列数据库而言 ,蛋白质双向凝胶电泳 ( Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis,2 DE)图谱数据库分布比较分散。本文介绍了发布蛋白质 2 DE数据的主要研究机构 ,分门别类地作了综合性、哺乳类、植物类、微生物和真菌类等专业蛋白质 2 DE数据库的数据内容、特色评价 ,并对两个 2 DE专业搜索引擎的数据来源、检索功能等方面作了描述与评价。本文最后提出 ,今后蛋白质 2 DE数据库的建设过程中应加强数据的标准化。

There are many kinds of protein-related databases established by the known laboratories and institutes all over the world, for bioinformatics resources exchangement and communication implementing effectively. Protein two-dimensional gel electrophoresis maps databases distributes very separately referring to protein sequences databases. This article introduces the major institutes who release the protein 2DE data, and evaluates databases' contents, characteristics of multi species,mammalia, plants, microorganism and fungi, and gives a discription and estimation of the data resource and retrieval function of 2DE search engines. Finally, it suggestes that we should reinforce the standardization of data, unification of maps display format on protein 2DE databases construction.
