Starting with the characteristics of network information resources under the network environment,the paper puts forward the viewpoint of the modes of network information organization from three angles of primary information,secondary information and tertiary information. The mode of primary information organization includes free-text,database,hypertext and home page.The mode of secondary information organization includes search engine, referral database, menu,etc.The mode of tertiary information organization includes metasearch engine,etc.
