摘要
从短信量发展及读者对短信的需求分析着手,提出图书馆开通短信服务的设想方案,并对其各项效益进行分析。
<abstract>The article begins with analyzing the increasing amount of messages sent by mobile phone and the readers'needs for messages,then it suggests a plan to carry out services of sending messages to readers in library and makes some analysis on its benefit.
