摘要
本文简要介绍国外二语教学界近年来渐受推崇的SCLT教学模式 ,旨在探讨其对我国的大学英语教学改革的启示 ,以探索改进我国大学英语教学模式的新途径 ,尽快提高大学英语教育水平 ,培养我国能适应 2 1世纪经济全球化、信息化和知识经济时代所需要的各类人才。
This paper aims to introduce briefly the increasingly popular language teaching approach - SCLT in L2 teaching, and discuss its implications for Chinas College English teaching. By so doing, it calls for a renewal of the discussion on reforming the current teaching norms of College English education in China in order to cultivate more qualified personnel who can meet the needs of economic globalization, information age and knowledge economy in the 21st century.
