从教与学的双重视角看《大学英语》(全新版)系列教材 被引量:14

A review of College English (new edition) from the perspectives of both teaching and learning

摘要 由于外语教学主要是教学双方围绕教学内容在课堂进行的教学活动 ,因此教材是影响外语教学效率的关键因素之一。以新的编排体系与教学导向面世的《大学英语》(全新版 )系列教材顺应了中国外语教学改革发展的需要 ,既立足于培养学生的外语语言能力 ,又立足于“帮助学生打下扎实的语言基础” ,与近几年来我国中学生使用的PEP&LONGMAN合编的JEFC和SEFC教材在多方面做到了有机衔接 ,因而有助于实现英语学习大、中、小学“一条龙”的整体教学设想。本文拟从教与学的角度就该教材的指导思想、教材内容、编排体系与特点等论述对《大学英语》(全新版 ) As foreign language teaching (FLT) mainly comprises classroom activities based on textbooks and involving both teachers and students, textbooks make one of the key factors that influence the efficiency of FLT. Aiming both at developing students' foreign language competence and at helping students lay a solid foundation in language learning, the newly published course book series, College English (new edition), with its brand-new editorial system and teaching guidelines, fits in with the needs of the development of the Chinese teaching reform and links up organically in many ways with JEFC & SEFC, co-edited by PEP & LONGMAN, which are currently used by Chinese high school students. Hence, it will contribute to the realization of the assumption of integrating college English teaching with high school and primary school English teaching. This paper attempts to deal from the perspectives of both teachers and students with its guiding principles, teaching materials, editorial systems and features.
