摘要 研制了一种电动执行器控制电路.电路中用一个四运算放大器分别构成具有高电压增益的负反馈差动放大电路和正反馈保护电路,前者用于给定信号与反馈信号的比较与差值信号的放大,后者用于过力矩保护.该电路具有体积小和性价比高的特点,并且具有行程限位和过力矩保护的功能.实践证明该电路是可行的. A control circuit for the electric actuators is presented in this paper,where a chip with 4 independent operational amplifiers is used to form a differential amplifier with a high voltage gain and negitive feedback characteristic,and a protection circuit with positive feedback characteristic.The former is used for the comparison of the setting and the feedback,and also the amplification of their difference.The latter is used for over-torque protection.The circuit is small and of a high cost performance ratio.It also has the function of over-travel protection and over-torque protection.The circuit has been proved feasible in practice.
