摘要
作为诠释学法学之对象的事实是指关系事实 ,包括人作为社群活动物而生的关系事实和由此而引申出的关系事实 ,法律的制定及实践运用都与对关系事实的不同阐释有很大关系。
Facts as the object of explanatory law refers to relative facts, which include relative facts produced between the people as a social group and that arising from them. The draft of law and practical application are all related to the explanation of relative facts.
