摘要
从经济法与行政法的精神的区别切入 ,从中推引出经济法与行政法的研究方法、规则的内容、功能、调整对象不同 ,为研究此问题提供了一种新的思维向度。
This paper proceeds from the spirit distinctions of the economic law and administrative law and then deducts their distinctions in research methods, contents of rules, function, and subject of regulation. It can be said that this can put forward a new viewpoint of thinking for studying the distinction of the above laws.
