On socialist systematic civilization

人们习惯于把人类文明看成物质文明和精神文明之和 ,而忽视了人类文明中还有一种独立的文明形态 ,即制度文明。当前 ,我国推行依法治国 ,大力建设社会主义民主法制 ,既表达了对制度文明形态的肯定 ,更是社会主义制度文明建设的一种关键性实践。具体来说 ,社会主义制度文明建设应从制度观念、制度文化、制度规则。

People take it for granted that human civilization consists of only two aspects:material civization and ideological civilization. But they ignore the fact that there is another aspect of independent civilization, which is called systematic civilization.Nowadays,Chinese government is striving to carry out the basic policy of the rule of law and to establish a socialist legal system in keeping up with socialist democracy,which indicates a recognization of systematic civilization and is a crucial practice of the construction of socialist systematic civilization.Specifically,the construction of socialist systematic civilization should be comprehensively rendered in various aspects, namely, systematic conceptions , systematic culture , systematic rules and systematic organization.
