试论日本学校的“教育病理”现象及其治理

Educational pathology in Japanese education and it's treatment

“教育病理”一词 ,是从社会病理学的角度讨论学校教育内、外部不利因素对教育机能的损害 ,以及研究由此引起的学校内各种各样不正常现象时广泛使用的流行语。在讨论日本学校中“教育病理”现象的各种具体表现的同时 ,分析了“教育病理”形成的主要影响因素及其“医治”的对策。在与我国学校教育对比的基础上 。

Educational pathology” is talked about in Japnese education. This paper analyzes, from a pathological point of view,the damages of the function of education caused by the disadvantages in and outside school and thus discusses the abnormalties prevailing in Japanese education.And the main causes and their respective treatment of the educational pathology is probed into. Still, some inspirations are drawn from it by comparing it with the school education in China.
